Iranian taekwondo athletes win two bronzes: 2024 Paralympics

PARIS – Alireza Bakht and Hamed Haghshenas claimed two bronze medals in the 2024 Paralympic Games on Saturday.

Bakht defeated Nikola Spajić of Serbia 29-6 in the K44 -80kg bronze emdal match.

Haghshenas also finished in third place, beating Kazakhstan’s Nyshan Omirali 16-14.

Iran has sent 65 athletes in 10 sports to the Games.
