Persepolis complete signing of French goalkeeper Guendouz

TEHRAN – Iranian football club Persepolis completed the signing of French goalkeeper Alexis Guendouz early Friday.

The 28-year-old Algerian-French custodian has joined Persepolis on a three-year contract for an undisclosed fee.

He replaced Alireza Beiranvand.

Persepolis, headed by Spanish coach Juan Carlos Garrido, will hold a training camp in Turkey.

Guendouz joined Persepolis from Algerian team CR Belouizdad.

The Algerian-French custodian is Persepolis’s fourth signing in the summer. The Reds have previously completed the signing of Ayoub El Amloud, Farshad Ahmadzadeh and Ali Alipour.
